2. What data we process and why

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not send newsletters without your explicit consent.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The website only uses technical tools, stored in your browser, that are needed for it to work: they do not require consent and are not sent to us. Fonts are hosted on our own server, with no requests to external services. We do not use profiling cookies or analytics tools.

On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept third-party content. If you decline or close the banner, the map is not loaded and the site works normally. We remember your choice for 6 months.
4. Who receives the data
To the website hosting provider and the email provider, appointed as data processors; to our accountant and couriers when needed for an order; to public authorities where required by law. Data is never published or sold.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Only if you consent to loading Google Maps: Google LLC may process your IP address in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, or object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to cantinegraziano@tiscali.it. We reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
7. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when the online shop opens. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
