in the caves

Uncompromising quality, respect for tradition and constant research.
The Graziano estate was founded in Basilicata in 1988, in Roccanova, a village long renowned for its “Grottino” wine. Set in one of the most beautiful hill areas suited to viticulture, it is devoted to developing the local winemaking tradition.

Where time refines the wine
On one side, the “grotte”: sandstone caves dating back to a distant past, where temperature and humidity stay constant all year round. On the other, the winemaking cellar with modern equipment.
This is where Norce rests for six months in bottle, in the dark, before reaching your table.
